In my opinion, probably the two biggest, and most creative times in music, were from 1964 to 70, and from 1991 to 1994. In 1964 you had the beatles, as well as a hundred other amazing bands that just blew the doors open and paved the way for a complete new rock sound. The Beatles accomplished most of this, but it wasn’t just the beatles. Then in 1991 Nirvana and the many other bands that came out from that time period blew everything open once again and paved the way for a new sound. Now in the late 70’s you did have punk and disco, and in the 80’s you had new wave, industrial and goth music, but those types of music never made as much of an impact in my opinion. of those, punk probably made the biggest, but nothing can really match the two bands The Beatles and Nirvana for completely making a universal sound that was a revolution in music. It’s really too bad about Kurt too, he was going to quit Nirvana, but if he would have lived, he was going towards an acoustic sound like unplugged in new york. It would have been pretty amazing to hear that stuff. Pretty much rock music as we know it in it’s pure form, died with him. After that you had some goiod stuff come out still, like Marilyn Manson, Korn (some of korn) and a few other notable acts, but nothing that really reached for the stratosphere. So Rest in peace, rock, 1964-1994.

So now I am almost completely done. it’s a been a little more than a month now, and at first I knew nothing of web design, but have studied it and become a decent one at least. The only thing really left for me to add on the site is some more affiliates, banners and such at help add revenue from that…then the rest is all on the business end. promoting. But I finally did figure out the major component missing, which a music player. Well I added that an more. So it’s all good now. The sellouts will be added when the band is actually together and we have some songs to offer and such. So I hope you guys like it.

So as you can see, here it is, the new website for moondog music. Now, of course it’s still majorly under construction. As alot of you are probably wondering, where are the music players where you can listen to songs? I’ll add those soon, and of course I am gonna also add snocap, which is a music store where you can buy single songs instead of whole albums if you prefer. Well that’s basically it for now, but if you have any suggestions on things you wanna see on the site, go ahead and comment.
